To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Free from damage not caused during shipping
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 14 of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take up to 20 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size or variant (subject to availability).

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 of delivery at nextloom1@gmail.com.
Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. Depending on the situation, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a full refund
We will cover any shipping costs associated with damaged or incorrect items.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that show signs of use or wear
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
